Pippa Middlehurst is the winner of the first series of BBC1’s Britain’s Best Home Cook. Pippa now hosts regular sell-out workshops, masterclasses & supper clubs across the UK, as well running Noodle Haus, a permanent space in the heart of Manchester that celebrates creativity, community, sharing and learning. Pippa is the author of Dumplings and Noodles (2020); Bowls and Broths is her second book.
