Author Biography

Lauren LaRusso is a psychotherapist who helps individuals and couples heal from the trauma of infidelity. Focusing on using these painful experiences as catalysts for personal growth, Lauren’s compassionate approach has garnered her an online following of over 150,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok, and clients across the world. A contributing expert for Psychology Today, Lauren also has a Substack column, Letters to Lauren, on Substack, where she offers expert advice to infidelity dilemmas. LaRusso holds degrees in Psychology and Creative Writing from The College of the Holy Cross and a Master’s in Professional Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania.
