The fate of his hometown is a lot to hang on an 18 year old but the way Darrin sees it, there has to be some reason that these sudden gifts have been bestowed upon him. There are laughs to be shared, tears to be shed, and a twist that will leave the reader stunned and awe struck. Everything is on the line. Can BGD become the hero that so many need him to be?

Matthew Essex has been called the most sarcastic and surly man of our generation. A two time Blockbuster Video NBA Jam Champion on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, he is also a collector of tattoos that are usually ridiculed mercilessly after the ink is dry. Mister Essex has been to school but found it not to agree with him on weekdays and when teachers are involved. His literary genius was published multiple times in high school because the editor of the school paper was smitten with him. Sadly, he wasn’t Matt’s type. Mister Essex does not care for Tim Tebow. This dashing product of North Carolina is also a proud father and tolerable husband who hopes to one day change the world by inventing those hover boards that we were all promised in Back to the Future Part 2. Matthew Essex is a fantastic human being.
