Author Biography

Dennie Doran makes her home on Nantucket Island, which serves as the setting for her body of written work. She is author of ACK Attack, ACK and Back, and, most recently, Bass ACKward. Together, these three novels comprise her still-growing ACK series, a collection of hilarious, madcap murder mysteries following a middle school teacher and her unpredictable aunt as they put on their detective hats and make mincemeat of standard sleuthing procedures.
