Renowned for successfully rehabilitating complex injuries and coaching athletes to new heights, he has worked with elite sports figures-including Olympic champions, Premiership footballers, NFL players, and Rugby Union stars-as well as prominent personalities in music, film and television. After a personal injury curtailed his own promising athletic career, James developed the ethos of “Heal, Reset, and Restore.” This philosophy drives his mission to help individuals understand their bodies, pinpoint the root causes of pain, and achieve optimal health through proven strategies.
