This English translation of the Spanish bestseller Apego y psicopatología is an interdisciplinary study on how the early years of our life can influence the way we view ourselves and others.

Author Biography

Manuel Hernández Pacheco is a licensed psychologist and biologist with expertise in both areas to explain psychopathology and deep-rooted trauma. He is also the president of the Spanish Trauma Association and travels worldwide sharing and teaching his therapeutic model, PARCUVE.
