Author Biography
Andreas Respondek, Ph.D., is an American Attorney at Law, a German Rechtsanwalt as well as a Chartered Arbitrator (FCIArb). He is on the panel of many prestigious arbitration institutions, is regularly appointed as arbitrator in international institutional, emergency and ad-hoc proceedings and has conducted proceedings under the ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, SWISS, TAI rules etc. He is the editor/co-author of numerous arbitration related and other legal publications.
