"Great product and price point, would recommend... however, my legs are too long to comfortably use the leg extension and provide a full range of movement through the exercise. It works great for my kids, the use the quad extenders and we figured out how to work the hamstrings and glutes by standing in front of the bench. The seat is sturdy, highly adjustable from incline to decline, can be sat on facing either direction so suitable for back workouts lying chest down on a 45 degree or less incline.. great value for money compared to other incline leg extension preacher curl machines that are far more expensive. Due to the size of the leg extenders compared to the length of my legs, I'd recommend that part to young people or even more serious users of smaller stature."
