"Had the first unit and it was great, nice and quiet and the cat got straight into it, unfortunately the pump died after about a year (and you can't get a replacement). The second unit has this weird thing where it occasionally pumps out too much water, so it doesn't come out of the channels, it goes over the petal part and makes a really loud splashing noise :( I want my first unit back lol (obviously the cats couldn't care less)"
