Her YA novels include Kissing Max Holden, How the Light Gets In, and The Impossibility of Us, which won the 2019 YAVA Award for Excellence in YA Literature by a Virginia author. When she’s not writing, Katy can be found baking batches of chocolate chip cookies or exploring California’s beaches with her husband and two daughters.
