Nowadays, as I observe my day-to-day life. I find that a lot of boys or young men are becoming less and less confident in themselves. There is a constant shaming for who we are and so much misunderstanding that that really paints a wrong picture of men. And I fear that for future generations to come, certain great aspects of males will be lost. So as someone who I feel like I been through a lot and gone through multiple solutions for who I am as a guy, I created a break to help give advice on insecure men like me
