Author Biography
TODD J. MOSS is a lecturer at the London School of Economics Development Studies Institute and a consultant. Prior to this he worked at the Economic Intelligence Unit, the Overseas Development Council, and consulted for a wide range of firms including the World Bank, the UN, Control Risks and Oxford Analytica.
