The 8 Steps to a New You is designed to create awareness that help to empower, build character and improve self-esteem. By gaining a better understanding of self, we will learn to better love, honor and respect ourselves. Also, we will learn different ways to build our self-esteem. Lastly, we will devote lessons that will motivate, uplift and inspire you to be greater achievers. Participants are encouraged to complete this ten week course which includes writing in their workbook, completing all assignments and practice applying the techniques in real-life situations.
