Welcome to Memory Lane Games! We are New Zealand based, operating out of Pukekohe, Auckland. —— Product Condition: All our products are preowned unless stated otherwise. Our team inspects, tests and cleans every console before being sold. – Poor Condition means that the console will be in good working order, but may feature large blemishes or many scratches on the screen/a small black spot on the screen. – ‘Acceptable Condition’ means the consoles is fully functional, but will have some cosmetic imperfections (such as slight screen scratching or marks). – ‘Great Condition’ means that the consoles is fully functional with very minor to no cosmetic imperfections. Shipping: All our products are well wrapped and protected when couriered. We ship every business day (Monday to Friday) with NZ Post. Shipping times are 1-3 business days for residential delivery. Rural delivery can be an additional 48 hours. Faults & Issues: While uncommon, occasionally an item may arrive damaged/faulty. If this occurs, we are more than happy to organize a return/refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will rectify the problem!
