Liquid Flux, Rosin Mildly Activated (RMA) – 15ML

A stable RMA liquid flux supplied in a convenient 15ml bottle . The flux is an ambercolour liquid and ideal for use with multi-layer, surface mount, densely populated and complex boards.

MFR301 is a medium solids, mildly activated liquid flux with a solvent rosin activation formulated to provide a post-process flux residue that is both insulating and non-hydroscopic and does not require cleaning. As a mildly activated rosin based flux, MFR301 offers a wide process window, good cleaning properties, and excellent thermal transfer.

It is more effective and will maintain operating activity longer than conventional RMA type fluxes. It has improved migration properties that assist wetting of throughholes in multilayer and bottom-side SMD applications.
