Not much is known about this dinosaur, because fossil remains are fragmentary. Although some scientists believe the dinosaur could have had armor plates and spines as depicted here, others argue that the armor plates could have been portions of the creature’s skeleton. The Agustinia lived in South America in the Early Cretaceous Period, approximately 116 – 110 million years ago. It may grown to be about 50 feet long.
