Member"I like it, it cleans and mops plus easy to install and mapping. Just it doesn’t completely empties the dust , keeps cleaning with the full dust , and cleaning is not perfect, have to clean it many times myself. That’s why 4, otherwise if clean dust box it does amazing job."
Member"PRO: Easy to use and does a good job cleaning the carpeted areas, non carpeted areas, not as good. CON: Have to clean the hair off the roller after every clean. Any hair in the dust bin does NOT empty out into the dust bag - it gets stuck in the bin. The program that lets you choose and define areas, only allows you to split the area on the X axis, and not the Y axis and not very precisely - major problem that I hope will eventually be fixed. Hopefully, the hair problem will eventually become a non problem. So far, the performance of the vacuum outweighs the daily cleaning of the roller and dust bin."
