Author Biography
Born in Africa, Dr. Henrietta Abbey migrated with her family to the Bronx, New York in 1995. She pursued her education through several City University of New York Institutions, earning an Applied Arts and Science degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, and a Master’s degree in Labor Studies. She later earned both a Master’s and a Doctorate (PhD) from Walden University. Currently, she is working toward a Master of Science in Education at Lehman College and is preparing to complete a Director Program course in Montessori education.
