Author Biography

Valerie Mega Raccuia is a retired elementary school educator who has always dreamed of becoming a published children’s book author. She lives in Saratoga Springs, NY, with her husband of 42 years, Joe, and their two dogs, Lucy and Max. When she isn’t volunteering in her community, Valerie enjoys birdwatching, reading, and spending time with her five grandchildren, who affectionately call her “Gigi.”
