This open access book provides a comprehensive exploration of the EU’s role as a regional international organisation in the field of human rights protection.
Emphasising the distinctive aspects of its contribution, it brings clarity for EU lawyers and non-EU lawyers, particularly public international law scholars. By taking a cross-cutting approach, looking at the capacity, nature and adjudication of human rights in the EU landscape, it expertly navigates the intricacies of this system. This is an invaluable tool for public international law, human rights and European law scholars and practitioners.
