Author Biography

Liisa Evastina is a Finnish born actress with roles in both feature films and TV. Among them, she guest-starred in NCIS and NCIS Los Angeles. She is also a writer and producer. She has her own Production Company, Scarlet Studios which produces and develops motion picture and TV scripts. The company currently has several features and TV series’ in the works, many of them written by Liisa herself. She also travels the world with her three favorite companions…her dog Scarlet and her two cats. Sunny & Rainy’s Safari Diaries is her third book in The Adventures of Sunny and Rainy series. Gary Petras was born in the untamed wilderness of the eastern part of Pennsylvania. The reading and collecting of comic books shaped his early adventures into the literary world, and his own creations and musings helped spark his interest in being a writer. His works range from super-hero, to fantasy, to fairy tales, horror and mystery.From books for children through adult, he likes to believe there is something for everyone to be found within the pages of his novels. He is the author of the Thorndancer, Small Heroes, Farrow and Blackstorm Trilogies, and The Sisters Hood, Memories End and Who Slew The Wolf? (A Dagger Mitchem Mystery) novels. He has also written screenplays and TV scripts based upon his published works, plus originals. He is also a singer/songwriter. An avid hiker, Gary spends most of his free time in the woods, as walking helps his storytelling to take shape, becoming novels, songs, and dreams somewhere along the path of life.
