After losing her parents in a tragic plane crash, Argie Ligeros left Salt Lake City-and her Greek heritage-in search of belonging. From the vibrant chaos of 1970s Los Angeles to the expat party scene of Acapulco and the serene ashrams of spiritual masters, her journey moves like a sun salutation-through marriage, friendship, motherhood, grief, and renewal.While life carried her backward and forward, yoga steadied her soul, drawing her to pioneer power yoga before creating The Yoga for Athletes Fitness System in Vail, Colorado. Salutations is a memoir of resilience, timelessness, and the enduring impact of human connection. Each encounter is a greeting, honoring those who shaped her sense of self.
