Dr. Tina R. Armstrong is a licensed clinical psychologist, international speaker, and founder of Living Connected Psychological, Inc., a company dedicated to empowering Black women to reduce chronic stress and thrive holistically in mind, body, and spirit. A retired associate professor and researcher focused on Black women’s spirituality and health, she integrates faith-informed wisdom, science-supported strategies, and culturally grounded practices to help women heal, grow, and reclaim their lives.
