Author Biography
Takuma Takasaki was born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1969. He graduated from Waseda University’s Faculty of Law and has worked as s creative director and novelist. Ken has won many international advertising awards for Ad Council Japan’s 30th Anniversary commercial, IMAGINATION/WHALE. His novels include Haruka kakera (Distant Fragments) and Oto ribasu (Auto Reverse). Ken Kuroi was born in Niigata Prefecture in 1947. He graduated from Niigata University’s Faculty of Education. His picture books include Gongitsune (Gon the Little Fox), Tebukuro o kai ni (Shopping for Mittens), Ano ne, Santa no kuni de wa ne… (So in the Land of Santa…) and the Korowan series. In 2003, he established the Ken Kuroi Picture Book House in Kiyosato, Yamanashi Prefecture.
