For other users (Android 7.0 and above), Hi-Res Audio requires the HeyMelody application available for download from Google Play Store. Hi-Res Audio is not supported on iOS devices.
2. For OnePlus smartphone users with Android 12 and above, OnePlus 3D Audio and Golden Sound can be set in the “Earbuds Function”. For other users (iOS /Android 7.0 and above), OnePlus 3D Audio and Golden Sound require the HeyMelody mobile application available for download from Google Play Store and iOS App Store.

Your warranty will cover any manufacturing defects which, if existing, will present themselves within this warranty period.
Your warranty will not cover normal wear and tear, faults caused by misuse, and accidents which cause damage or theft caused after delivery. Using the product in a way it is not designed for will void your warranty.
