Author Biography

Selina Wood has been an editor and writer of children’s books for more than 20 years. She has written about everything from pets to time travel. Selina enjoys singing and gardening and works with a friendly green llama on her desk.

Carole Aufranc is an illustrator based in Lake Geneva, Switzerland. After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Illustration, she specialized with a Masters in Children’s Illustration at the Cambridge School of Art. Her art is created using a delicate digital technique combining hand painted papers and collages. She has developed her style over the years, drawing inspiration especially from her love of nature, Nordic simplicity, and mid-century art.
