How to use it

Burn in a closed room for 10 minutes prior to sleep. Apply on pulse points. Rub a little on soles of feet, temples, neck, belly and wrists and anywhere that will continue to diffuse the aroma into the air. 18 hour burn time. Extinguish (by placing lid over candle) after 20-30 minutes; excessive use may cause headaches or nausea. Always trim to 1/2cm before relighting.
