Liberation, Love, and Creative Awakening

Liberation, Love, and Creative Awakening provides instruction, exercises, and guided meditations to help release challenges, and to develop holistic understandings of consciousness, sacred energies, spirituality, and relationships. The text draws inspiration from psychology, physical and biological science, Buddhism, and theistic Judeo-Christian-Islamic texts. The goal is to help a person cultivate and share creative gifts for the benefit of self and others.

You, my friend, are precious. You are sacred beyond words. And you are beloved beyond words. More than that, you are important. You were crafted in a unique and wonderful way, with creative gifts meant to benefit yourself and others. And this is true no matter what your age, experience, or place in life.

We are all, individually, and collectively, on a sacred journey. Our destination is the fulfillment of creative potential for the benefit of self and others. And the rewards encountered along the way include love, joy, accomplishment, healing, and reconciliation, in this life and beyond.

But, alas, challenges exist that prevent this hopeful vision from being fulfilled. You have challenges, I have challenges, and society has challenges. Everyone has challenges that hold us back, that limit, and that discourage.

So, how does one get through the challenges and start reaping rewards? Chances are, you already have the tools you need, and you already share and reap some rewards. But sometimes the challenges feel overwhelming. What can make the journey easier, and more joyous?

The answer lies in knowledge of self and of others. And not just intellectual knowledge; deep understanding of thoughts, emotions, motivations, and spirituality. Understanding how consciousness works, and how sacred energies flow that contribute to physical, emotional, and spiritual health. And knowledge of how to form and nurture lasting, loving, authentic relationships.

You journey starts with acknowledging sacred self-worth and releasing challenges that prevent forward movement. Along the way, instructions and exercises cultivate understanding of consciousness, sacred energies, spirituality, and relationships. Guided meditations cultivate deep and compassionate connections within self, with Authentic Spirit, and with others. Within this physical existence and beyond.

No matter where you are in life, young or mature, male, female, or unique in gender and sexuality, spiritual, religious, or otherwise, healthy and fit, or burdened with physical, emotional, or spiritual challenges, knowledge and understanding can only make life better. Understanding opens doors, brings relief, healing, and hope that transcends experience.

Dave Miller is a retired Professional Counselor and Electronics Engineer with Masters degrees in Theological Studies (Emory University) and Community Counseling (Argosy University Atlanta), and a BS in Electrical Engineering (Milwaukee School of Engineering). Dave has experience in addiction and mental health counseling, Spiritual Direction and Discernment, and Lay Ministry within various churches, agencies, and in private practice. Dave practices, teaches, and has done extensive research in Tantric Buddhist meditation techniques. His first book “Christian Tantric Meditation Guide” was published in 2014.
