Residing in Texas, Kelli Christina is a seasoned business leader with over thirty years of experience in hospitality, corporate recruitment, and healthcare staffing. As founder and CEO of KD-Staffing, she built a nationally recognized firm known for its white-glove approach to permanent medical placement, specializing in hard-to-fill hospital roles. 

Starting her leadership journey at nineteen, Kelli transitioned from hospitality to healthcare staffing, launching her company during the 2008 recession. Her firm stands out for its ethical recruitment practices and deep industry advocacy. 

A two-time best-selling author and public speaker, she is best known for In Good Faith, which blends memoir, leadership lessons, and legal thriller. Through her brand, KDC-Making a Difference LLC, Kelli champions government reform, whistleblower rights, and publishing ethics. Despite reputational and legal battles, she remains committed to coaching, rebuilding, and inspiring ethical entrepreneurship with her core belief: “Win your success doing the right things.”
