Author Biography

Esther’s an international confidence speaker and personal impact expert – known as The Impact Guru. She works with executives all over the world.

A former `live’ senior BBC producer, she knows how to help people communicate with more confidence and gravitas. That’s what she’s done for 27 years with `Big’ personalities, Hollywood stars (Madonna, Samuel L Jackson & George Clooney to name but a few) and world class business leaders.

A Londoner, based in Spitalfields, she set up her Impact Guru business in 2011 and left a senior role at the BBC. Now she helps executives to, pitch to clients, present, speak with more impact and win business using her finely- tuned broadcasting skills.
Her clients include; Deloitte, Barclays, HSBC, JPMorgan, Societe Generale, Lawyers from all over the world, The British Government, ITN, MOD as well as major players in the property and creative industries. She’s spoken in front of audience all over the world from Paris and Tel Aviv to Amsterdam and Canada – one of her highlights was a leadership summit with Young Africans as part of the Nelson Mandela programme in the USA.
