Will Steel is an internationally respected transformational coach and leadership expert who has spent over two decades empowering leaders to uncover their true potential and lead with clarity, purpose, and authenticity. A former Royal Air Force pilot who graduated with the prestigious Leadership Trophy from The Royal Air Force College Cranwell, Will’s early career took him from global military operations to the commercial cockpit. Yet it was a deeper calling-to help people transform their lives-that inspired his next chapter. For over 21 years, he served as a senior leader with one of the world’s foremost organizations in personal and professional development. In that role, he not only delivered transformational programs to over 90,000 individuals across 26 countries and in 18 languages but also trained, mentored, and developed fellow leaders to deliver these programs and create lasting impact.Will’s coaching spans CEOs, entrepreneurs, scientists, creatives, and changemakers. With an ontological approach that reveals hidden beliefs and blind spots, he helps clients dismantle the constraints that limit their performance and fulfillment. His work enables people to act freely, lead powerfully, and create results that once seemed impossible.Today, Will travels extensively, particularly across the Middle East, where he leads programs and coaches world leaders to fulfill their visions.
