All About Worried Scribble

The Scribbles Crew is designed to support emotional literacy by helping children to understand and talk about their big feelings. Playful illustrations help break down complex or overwhelming emotions and provide simple, practical steps to build self-awareness, empathy, and resilience, and develop self-regulation. The series also helps support parents to feel less alone in guiding their child’s well-being, and teachers too, with a wealth of classroom resources and online materials.

Author Biography

Channon is a Social Anthropology graduate, with a PGCE in General Primary Education and a Master’s in Education from Cambridge University. Whilst teaching during the COVID pandemic, she discovered her passion for supporting children and families with their well-being, and now works as an Education Mental Health Practitioner in the NHS. This is where the Exciting Teacher and the Scribbles Crew began: to increase access to quality mental health-related resources for children, teachers and parents around the world.
