"For the price I paid, and I'm price conscious of a product I don't yet quite know what it will deliver, it's excellent. There is a bit of discolouration of the ring surface, but nothing I can't live with. The tracking software is direct and easy to use. I bought ostensibly to track my sleeping time, and it does that very well. It tracks other statistics, too, but I have a phone and a smart watch that duplicate various features, but the only one that I wear constantly, except when it's charging, of course, is the ring. So it give me a good picture of overall health statistics. It marries with Apple health easily, although I'm not that invested in the overall statistics it logs."

Member"The Aura is pretty cheap. It looks good visually, it records your heart rate reasonably well, but it doesn't automatically track activities. I did a short hiit session and it didn't register on the app (?), the step count massively exagerates your steps (without getting out of bed I had walked 150 steps this morning), the sleep tracker is a little hit and miss. Overall it's fine for the price (below $100) but if you are look for a high precision wearable, look elsewhere."
"The ring just as a ring is fine, but as a health tracker, it sucks. It has got a nice app, it claims a LOT with health connect integration, and all sorts of monitoring. But when it comes to actually measuring anything, it is far off! The steps aren't accurate, the heart rate is not accurate, sleep tracking is wayyyy off! The sleep tracking is particularly disturbing. It does the job so bad, that the data it collects is almost garbage. If you sleep in patches, it completely forgets that you had slept before in the same night stretch. Even the sleep timing identification is far off. Steps are consistently overestimated. There is no way to change the sensitivity of step tracking. As I said, a gimmicky product."
"It looks great, and felt good on my finger. Set-up was easy. For the first week, it did everything it should - counted steps, logged my sleep, updated the app when I opened it, sent me a message to recharge at 20% etc. Then on day 7 it stopped being visible to my bluetooth, even though it was still operating (lights were flashing when doing measurements), then it wouldn't charge (no lights when connected to the cable - which had only been used twice (Day 1 and Day 5). Now I get to experience Kogan customer service - hope it's a good experience. Wish me luck!"
