Member"Product appeared to be good, however the delivery service is problem, generally sales of refrigerator and freezers, being bulky and heavy items always include unpacking, installation and removal of replaced item as part of the delivery. In your case item just delivered without unpacking installation and removal of the replaced item. leaving your customer a big problem having to seek and arrange the unpacking ,installation and the disposal of the replaced item. Not Good !!!"
