"This relates to their post purchase customer service. I broke an internal part of the dishwasher attempting to swap out the default hose with a longer one. I contacted Kogan wanting to purchase a replacement part. (I was happy to pay, it was my mistake). I got an initial acknowledgement of my request followed by, nothing.... I followed up weekly without response. At the 3 week mark I let them know I'd be leaving a 1 star review and contacting Consumer Affairs. I heard back within 24 hours. They lodged my request as a Warranty Claim and from that point on everything went efficiently. In total it took 8 weeks for resolution but they replaced the entire dishwasher for free."
