The Emile Henry Focaccia Baker allows you to make at home the flat Italian bread of the same name, praised for its delicate, crispy crust and its light texture. The Emile Henry ceramic is extremely heat resistant, and can reach very high temperatures which allows for crispy results in the oven or on the barbecue.

Generous side handles make it easy to remove from the oven and serve directly at the table. The glass-based glaze, is very resistant and allows for cutting portions directly inside the dish.
