Getting to Know You - Board Book

Getting to Know You is about the early interaction between parents and new babies. It’s a quiet, contemplative read, conveying that feeling (to the parent) of being in a different time-warp; not being a part of the rest of the world for that time; feeling that overwhelming sense of awe towards this tiny human being and all of its needs that must be met. Those care routines – breastfeeding, changing nappies, etc. – are therefore presented as integral to the knowing-each-other that’s developing through such interactions.
