Are the accessories dishwasher safe?

The DiamondForce air fryer tray is dishwasher safe. Wash the cooking basket and removable viewing window in hot soapy water.

How do I clean inside the viewing window?

The outer plastic part of the viewing window can be easily removed by hand. Remove this to clean the glass window underneath. Always have the plastic window in place before cooking.

Are there lights inside the oven?

Yes. The light will illuminate at the start and end of cooking. The light can also be turned on manually using the ‘light’ bulb icon on the digital control panel.

Can I use the basket without the DiamondForce air fryer tray inside?

No. The DiamondForce tray must always be placed inside the basket for optimum cooking performance.

Why is my air fryer oven beeping?

Halfway through the programmed cook time an audible alert will sound (3 beeps) as a reminder to turn the food or shake the basket to ensure best cooking results.

Note the oven will reset if the drawer has been opened and not returned within 10 minutes.

When cooking is complete an audible alert will sound before the oven turns itself off.
