Member"Well, we ordered two of these chairs for some comfort in the New Year as the old ones were very worn and the wheels didn't work anymore, so we ordered two White ones for a change, what we got was two black ones, despite having paid a slightly higher price for white. No communication, no nothing, just two black ones lobbed on the front porch. Well. it IS Kogan, so really can't expect much else, but the chairs are very comfortable, well built, and well packaged, arrived slightly earlier than expected which is a nice surprise given we live in Far North Queensland and yes, that's why we didn't send them back...."
