Prior to use, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Grease and flour the pan according to your recipe. Avoid overheating an empty non-stick pan or leaving it unattended in the oven. Not microwave safe. Allow bakeware to cool before cleaning. If washing in the dishwasher, wipe with a soft cloth at the end of the cycle. Do not use abrasives as they may harm the surface.
