Emile Henry Cheese Baker 17cm Provence Yellow

The Emile Henry Cheese Baker has been designed to fit and bake a whole round of cheese such as brie or Camembert, but you can also use other cheeses such as feta, mozzarella, goat cheese, ricotta, and so on. Simply place the cheese in the baker, add sweet or savory ingredients such as dried apricots and toasted walnuts, a splash of wine or cider, close the lid and put in the oven. Once baked, serve directly in the baker.

• The bright glaze is resistant, non-porous, durable, and easy to clean.

• Allow to cool down completely before cleaning.
• Do not pour cold water onto a hot dish or it may break from the thermal shock.
• Dishwasher safe but we recommend washing by hand.
• For stubborn residue, soak in hot water and white vinegar before placing in the dishwasher.
