Contains: Active: Sodium chloride 20 mg/mL
Contains: Sodium chloride (20mg/mL when reconsituted as directed), Sodium bicarbonate, Xylitol.

Directions [ol][li]Empty contents of one FESS Sinu-Cleanse Nasal & Sinus Wash Deep Cleansing sachet into a FESS Sinu-Cleanse squeeze bottle. [/li][li]Pour previously boiled luke warm water into the bottle to the line marked ‘FULL’. Do not use boiling water. Replace cap onto the bottle. [/li][li]Place finger over opening of cap and shake the bottle gently until the powder dissolves.[/li][li]Lean or bend over a basin and place the cap gently inside the right nostril Keeping your mouth open, gently squeeze the bottle in a pulsing action. [/li][li]Allow approximately half of the solution to wash through the nasal passages and sinus cavity and come out of the left nostril.[/li][li]Using the remaining solution, repeat this process in your left nostril.[/li][/ol]
