Morgan power rings are made from a super strong ABS plastic gymnastics rings. International Gymnastic Federation standard sizing 28 mm grip diameter. Complete with 5 m, ultra-heavy duty cam lock straps. Gymnasts have used rings for decades to increase strength, power, and stability – all without the use of weights.

They provide a complete exercise performance tool. Whether you’re using it for WODs and competition or for general strength development and conditioning rings can be used by virtually any lifter, trainer or athlete. If you are serious about power ring training, choose wooden.
