How To Use

1. Use the provided scoop (or 2 standard scoops) to measure out 40g of Vitalstrength Hydroxy Ripped powder.
2. Add the powder to 250 – 300ml of cold milk (dairy or non – dairy) or water.
3. Shake or blend vigorously until the powder is fully dissolved.
4. Consume within 30 minutes of your workout or between meals.
