Directions

Add 45g (1 1/2 levelled scoop) to 300mL of Skim Milk or water in a cup or shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
SERVINGS: Recommended one – day intake: up to 3 serves.
PRE & POST – TRAINING: Use 60 – 90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after resistance training.
