How To Use

1. Add 60g (1 1/2 levelled scoops) to 500mL of Full Cream Milk or 300mL of water in a shaker.

2. Shake until mixed and consume immediately.

3. For post – training recovery, use 1 – 2 serves 60 – 90 minutes after exercise.

4. For increased daily calorie intake, use 1 serve as a snack between meals.
