How To Apply

1. Use your Colour Elixir Lip Liner to define and contour your lips and prevent feathering.
2. Apply your favourite shade of Colour Elixir Velvet Matte Lipstick using the applicator.
3. Add further coats to build colour until you find your preferred look.
