For relief of symptoms of muscular aches and pains, sprains and tension headaches. Useful in treating inflamed skin conditions. Blends well with Jasmine and Orange for encouraging sensuality and relaxation.
How to Use(Adults Only)
Vaporising – Add 6 – 9 drops in total of pure essential oils to the water in the top of your In Essence vaporiser. Light the candle at the base of the unit or switch on your electric vaporiser.
Massage – Add 6 drops in total of your chosen pure essential oils to 12mls of In Essence massage base oil and gently massage over the skin. The oils are absorbed into the body, working from within to improve general wellbeing.
Bathing – Add 3 – 6 drops in total of your chosen pure essential oils to a teaspoon of Sweet Almond Oil and pour into a full bath. Agitate the water to disperse the oils evenly before entering the water.
