How To Use

1. For daily hydration or magnesium supplementation: Mix 1 level scoop (4.0 g) with 250 mL of water and drink once daily.

2. During exercise: Mix 1 level scoop (4.0 g) with 250 mL of water. Drink one dose every hour of exercise, or as required.

3. For best results, consume on an empty stomach.
