Directions for use:

Brush thoroughly at least twice a day, for at least 2 minutes or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Do not use for children 6 years of age or less. Some people may experience tooth sensitivity or or gum discomfort when using whitening products. This discomfort is temporary and not harmful.
